Based in Scottsdale,
Arizona Garwood Industries are one of only three companies that
have ever produced a M-134 system and one of only two companies
that currently manufacture the M-134 system. Our customers include
the US Military, Foreign Militaries, US Military Contractors and
Law Enforcement Agencies.
The basic weapon is a 6-barrel,
air-cooled, and electrically driven machine gun. The electric drive
rotates the weapon within its housing, with a rotating firing pin
assembly and rotary chamber. The minigunís multi-barrel design,
with simultaneously serial process of firing, extraction, loading,
helps prevent overheating at extremely high firing rates.

Garwood's unique open source manufacturing business model gives
us the highest M-134 capacity in the industry. Only ISO 9001 and
higher manufacturing facilities are being selected. This means our
customers will never have to wait on deliveries for high quality
Miniguns because of a higher priority DOD contract.

Garwood Industries is the prime contractor on the DOD's new
barrel development. We are manufacturing the first all new M-134
barrel design in 40 years for TACOM - Rock Island.
